We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the common kitchen and bathroom were exceptionally clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful stay. There are also nearby restaurants and a big shopping mall, providing plenty of dining and shopping options. Despite not being in the city center, the location is close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

It was good in general: airy room, ideal location just off palace, the beautiful Royal Palace and park. Did not want to leave, I had a quite comfortable time and would love to return...

The kids were thrilled with the interactive exhibits and the enchanting fairy tale characters. The parents also enjoyed the beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. It was a delightful experience for the whole family.

My children wanted more variety in the breakfast menu.

Warm and Cozy Atmosphere. The rooms at this pension are simply furnished with warm colors and wooden furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a magical cabin in the woods, where I could relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city.

Limited English Speaking Staff

We had a fantastic stay at Abracadabra in Mokotow/Sadyba. the owner, who spoke limited English, was very pleasant and provided helpful tips for tourists printed out in English. the hotel itself had a refreshing, summer house-like atmosphere. the shared bathrooms and toilets were new and sparkling clean, and the neighborhood was cozy and cute. We loved the convenient location near a big shopping mall and nearby restaurants. the kitchen was comfortable, and the large, spacious room with comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. the value for price was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the nearby lake for some fresh air. we highly recommend Abracadabra for a pleasant stay in Warsaw.

I had a great stay at a really nice place. The location was convenient, just a short bus ride away from the Old Town. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and well-equipped. The staff took good care of me during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

had a great time in mokotow/sadyba. easy access to the center, nice gardens and lake nearby. welcoming owner and helpful staff. loved the tastefully furnished villa and the positive vibe from the main man at registration.

Bed was dusty, had breathing issues in the morning.
